You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

3. Return Shipping

🔹 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
